The YP type catalytic combustion device is a new type of high-efficiency, energy-saving, and non secondary pollution exhaust gas treatment equipment developed based on years of experience in exhaust gas treatment. After numerous engineering examples, the processing technology of this device has reached the leading level of similar products in China. This device is mainly suitable for treating organic waste gases that are not suitable for direct combustion, catalytic combustion, or adsorption recovery methods, especially under high air volume and low concentration treatment conditions, and can achieve ideal treatment results.

Application
The purification treatment of solvent pollutants, which have a large and wide range of quantities, mainly include triphenyl (benzene, toluene, and xylene), ketones, alcohols, and other oxygen-containing derivatives. Adopting adsorption catalytic combustion method to treat triphenyl waste gas, the concentration of the waste gas before treatment was 1320mg/m ³, and the concentration after treatment was less than 50 mg/m ³, meeting environmental emission requirements.
The exhaust gas emitted from the oil separation tank of the petrochemical wastewater treatment plant, which mainly contains hydrocarbon pollutants, is treated by catalytic combustion of the imported exhaust gas with a total hydrocarbon volume fraction of 1000-6000 μ l/L using a honeycomb shaped Pt, Pd, Ce multi-component TC79-2-2H catalyst. The purified exhaust gas has a total hydrocarbon volume fraction of less than 100 μ l/L and a total hydrocarbon removal rate of over 97%.

Features
1. Low ignition temperature, energy-saving and consumption reducing.
Compared with direct combustion, catalytic combustion of organic waste gas has significant characteristics of low ignition temperature and low energy consumption. In some cases, catalytic combustion does not require external heating once it reaches the ignition temperature.
2. Widely applicable.
Catalytic combustion devices can almost treat all hydrocarbon organic waste gases and odorous gases. For low concentration, multi-component, and non recyclable waste gases emitted from industries such as organic chemicals, coatings, and rubber, the adsorption catalytic combustion method has a better treatment effect.
3. High processing efficiency and no secondary pollution.
The purification rate of organic waste gas treated by catalytic combustion method is generally above 95%, and the final products are harmless CO 2 and HO 2(heteroatom organic compounds and other combustion products). Due to the low combustion temperature, it can greatly reduce the generation of NOX, so it will not cause secondary pollution.
